The flap (1) has a cylindrical wall (2) for trimming an internal face of a circular receiving opening (8) provided in a wall (M) of a dwelling, where the flap is in a form of ring. An internal edge (20) of the flap is connected to a frame (F) of a round window, while an external edge is provided with an external peripheral transversal rim (3). Axial length of the flap increases from top to bottom, so that the external edge is applied against an edge zone of the opening in an upper part of the flap and is isolated from the edge zone in the low part of the flap.
