The device has blades (4) constituted by flanks connected to bottom of a roller (3). The roller is constituted by flanks forming a first angle (A) equal to 105 degrees with respect to the bottom such that the blades are connected to the bottom to form a second angle equal to 15 degrees and a third angle equal to minus 15 degrees with respect to two radial lines, respectively. Rotational adjustments of the roller of a row unit are carried out such that distance (e) between the blades is lower than diameter of a cornstalk.
