The invention relates to a device for washing a fixed product or moving, without using energy other than a fluid under pressure by a movement back and forth of the cleaning head on an adjustable stroke. The invention consists of a tilting cleaning device that can be positioned on a fixed or movable structure provided with a cleaning head sliding on two parallel axes (4) on which is introduced transversely a tube (6) passing a fluid under pressure allowing movement of the head. The back and forth is achieved by the tilting of the cam (9) in contact with the stops (14) (15) for reversing the sliding by the change of direction of the fluid. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for cleaning conveyors, floors and roads.
