Device for the repair of an aircraft engine casing flange (1) extending radially with respect to the axis of rotation of the engine and comprising a series of scallops (2) drilled with a hole (3) regularly disposed on the circumference of said flange, said device being intended to overcome the absence of at least one of said festoons and comprising at least one reinforcing flange (7) adapted to be fixed on healthy festoons (2) of said flange of casing (1) through through or blind holes (9) whose spacing reproduces the spacing of the holes (3) of the festoons of said casing flange, characterized in that said reinforcing flange (7) has two orthogonal symmetry planes, one being a radial plane and the second an axial plane passing through the axis of rotation of the engine, with reference to its positioning on the housing flange (1).
