The device has a support (2) comprising a fixed edge (9) on which an iron bar (1) is supported relative to and directed towards a lever (6) that is articulated in an axle (3) of the support. The lever comprises an edge (8) exerting pressure on the iron bar. The lever comprises two anchoring pins (5, 5a) that are introduced into corresponding free holes (4). The iron bar is folded relative to the raised axle when the lever is actuated. A removable edge is installed by screws with countersunk heads that are placed in oblong holes to perform adjustment according to diameter of the iron bar.
