The method involves receiving a request as communication acts in a database (5), and selecting artificial bank, insurance and health agents (4, 6, 7) participating in conversion. The selected agents are activated, and the acts are emitted to a user terminal (1) by the agents. The acts are emitted parallely to the terminal and/or the database, when the agents have the acts to be emitted at the same time. One of the agents waits for availability of transition information before emitting its act, when the agent needs the information contained in the act produced by another one of the agents.
