The device has an elongated cone (1) made of a sealed and flexible material. The elongated cone is firmly closed by a disk (2) made of sealed and flexible material, where the disk contains a unidirectional air passage (4). The cone is deployed so as to simultaneously create a stack effect by suction and make retraction after completion of the stack effect for compressing an inner volume by reduction of the volume. A cord (6) is rolled in a pulley (8), where the pulley is fixed to a point of the cone to deploy a conical volume that separates and develops walls of the cone.
