PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a motor-driven vehicle which allows automatic transportation in consideration of surrounding persons in a facility and is easily operated, a guiding system in the facility and a guiding method in the facility. PSOLUTION: This invention relates to a motor-driven wheelchair 1 for transporting a patient to a target room inside a facility such as a hospital. The motor-driven wheelchair 1 includes: a recording medium read part 18 for reading a patient registration card 2 in which medical examination information for specifying the target room is recorded; a movement information generation part 19 for generating movement information for moving a wheelchair body to the target room on the basis of the medical examination information; a movement control part 20 for moving the wheelchair body on the basis of the movement information; and a projection display part 21 for projecting and displaying the moving direction of the wheelchair body on the basis of a present position specified by the movement control part 20 and the movement information.
