PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a takeout implement for efficiently and easily taking out the content of retort food or the like sealed in a sealing bag regardless of the shape and size of the bag.;SOLUTION: The takeout implement 10 is structured to have a spatula body 12 and a handle 14 continuously, and a curved part 12A is formed on the edge 16 side of the spatula body 12. Both ends of the edge 16 are formed with protrusions 18A, 18B continuing the edge 16 and extending in a direction substantially orthogonal to the handle 14. When taking out the content 36 of a bag 30 with the retort food or the like sealed inside, the takeout implement 10 is put in from an unsealed opening 32, and the content 36 is raked out with the spatula body 12. At this time, since the curved part 12A is provided, the content 36 can be easily raked out without attaching the whole spatula body 12 to the inside of the bag 30 even if the whole takeout implement 10 is not inclined.
