PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preparing a complex marker profile of a sample derived of individuals with a suspected neoplastic pathological condition.;SOLUTION: A complex marker profile according to the invention enables to identify a subgroup of a neoplastic pathological condition and to predict a clinic course of individuals related to a prognosis and treatment. This method provides a useful tool for selecting a treatment for individuals suffered from the neoplastic pathological condition, including a method of determining a risk group, a method of predicting an increased risk of recurrence, a method of predicting an increased risk of development of second complication, a method of selecting of treatment for individuals, a method of determining a treatment effect of individuals, and a method of determining prognosis of individuals. In particular, this method discloses a method of preparing the complex marker profile which plays a role as prognosis indicators for predicting whether a course of the neoplastic pathological condition of individuals is progressive or indolent, resulting in being useful for managing patients and evaluating treatments to be used by clinicians.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
