PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gene or gene combination capable of estimating physiological state of a specific person and/or estimating an effect of a factor giving change or influence on the physiological state by a peripheral blood sample of the specific person, an estimation system to use the gene, an estimation method performed by the system, and a computer program to perform the estimation method by the computer system.;SOLUTION: There is provided a gene marker for estimating the physiological state and comprising one or more genes selected from the group consisting of CD248, LTK, SYT11, KATNAL1, ARHGEF4, SLC1A7, IGFBP3, RGS9, BTBD11 and SPEG in the peripheral blood having a relative expression frequency varying proportional to age. The gene marker is usable for estimating the physiological state of a subject and/or the effect or contribution of the factor on the physiological state based on a relationship between the physiological state expressed as a standardized expression frequency or gene expression frequency profile of one or more genes in the peripheral blood of the subject and the factor to change the physiological state of the subject.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
