PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reviewer support device, reviewer support method and program which secures the accuracy of an examination and effectively improves the reliability of a reply by reducing a working burden of a reviewer in the case that a reply sentence is transmitted to a customer after the reviewer is made to examine and approve the reply sentence prepared by a respondent for questions from the customer.;SOLUTION: Question contents analyzing means 7 extracts all technical terms from question sentence information, calculates the difficulty level of each field in the question sentence information on the basis of a use field and a difficulty level of each extracted technical term, and specifies a question field of the question sentence information on the basis of the calculation result, examination assistance information preparing means 8 sets an examination priority of the reply sentence information on the basis of difference between the difficulty level of a question field of the question sentence information and a skill level of the same field of the respondent, and examining information providing means 9 provides a reviewer terminal 4 with examination assistance information including the examination priority of the reply sentence information together with the question sentence information and the reply sentence information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
