PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate, in a real time, energy saving effects due to the change of operation conditions by graph-displaying the operation load pattern of a plant on a screen.;SOLUTION: When specific search conditions including a date when simulation is requested are input from an operation part 11, a search engine part 102 searches an operation load pattern satisfying the search conditions from an operation history database 130, and a graph edition processing part 103 edits the searched operation load pattern into a base graph for every data to be evaluated, and generates and displays screen information including the base graph, and when the change instruction of the operation conditions included in the screen information is input from the operation part 11, a simulation processing part 106 simulates the operation of plant equipment according to the changed operation conditions. Then, a graph edition processing part 103 updates the content of the base graph based on the result of the simulation of the simulation processing part 106, and generates and displays the picture information including the updated base graph.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
