PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine and method for examination of a brain infarction and its clinical condition which enable an anticipation and a prediction of a pathogenesis of the brain infarction.;SOLUTION: The medicine and method for examination of the brain infarction and its clinical condition are characterized by measuring the quantity of an antibody against a Prevotella intermedia within a specimen of a test subject, and also are characterized by measuring the quantity of the antibody against the Prevotella intermedia within the specimen of the test subject.
