PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a novel method for recovering a liquid level remaining film, in which no adverse influence is exerted on a transfer film present in a transfer position, and with which a structure is made simple and a cost is made low, and to develop a hydraulic transfer method.;SOLUTION: There is provided the method for recovering a liquid level remaining film F' suspended on the liquid level after transfer. In a transfer tank 2, on the inside of both left/right side walls 22, a film holding mechanism 6 is provided which holds both sides of a transfer film F and moves it to an immersion area P1. For the purpose of recovering the film which is no longer needed after the transfer, the liquid level remaining film F' is divided in a manner splitting it in the longitudinal direction of the transfer tank 2 by a dividing means 71 during a period until a body W to be transferred is pulled up from the liquid, and the divided film is moved to both side walls 22 of the transfer tank 2. Further, in this side wall 22 part, the film holding action by the film holding mechanism 6 is released and, from this released part, the divided liquid level remaining film F' is discharged outside the transfer tank 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
