PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for retrieving and purchasing books or lending, returning and delivering library books in purchasing books from an Internet book store or borrowing books from a library.;SOLUTION: In the case of a registered user, a portal site server 10 acquires information of books of the library that lends the books and lending information for each of different libraries, and the registered user transmits the information to a client. When book purchasing information of the registered user is received, the information is transmitted to the Internet book store, and when requesting information for lending library books from the library is received from the registered user, the information of the registered user, information of the library and information of the lending library books are transmitted to delivery service based on the information, information indicating that the requested library books arrive at the registered user is acquired from the delivery service, returning information when the delivery service returns the library books that the registered user has finished reading to the library concerned is acquired, and based on the information provided to the delivery service, a fee is charged to a credit company the registered user signs up with.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
