CONTACT ACCIDENT PREVENTION SYSTEM BETWEEN CONSTRUCTION MACHINE AND WORKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contact accidents between usual construction machines and workers, and to eliminate malfunction such as misconception of dangerous condition and warning signal singing even when supposing the case where a worker working around a heavy machine works as an operator of other heavy machines.;SOLUTION: In the system to prevent contact between a construction machine 10 and a worker W, the construction machine 10 is equipped with a response alarm means which exchanges messages of proximity dangerous information between the side of the construction machine 10 and the side of the worker W in monitoring areas A1, A2, and gives an alarm as required in which the signal arrival range is the monitoring areas A1, A2; and a construction machine 10' other than the construction machine 10 is equipped with a signal cancel means 15 stopping the response signal transmission from the side of the worker W. When the worker W boards the construction machine 10' as a driver D, the response signal transmission is stopped using the signal cancel means 15 to prevent transmission of false signals.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
