PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film sucking device and a film sucking method using the same which have a simple configuration and can correctly read a conveyance mark by generating a wrinkle at an arbitrary position in a film on a sucking table.;SOLUTION: The film sucking device 10 sucks a film 31 which is conveyed intermittently, and includes a placing surface 13 for placing the film 31 and sucking it, and a plurality of suction holes 14 are formed at the placing surface 13. On the placing surface 13, there are provided a sucking table 11 equipped with a pair of projected rib members 16, 16 extending in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the film 31 from an edge along the conveying direction of the film 31, and a sucking means 12 for sucking air via the plurality of the suction holes 14 where the projected rib members 16 have tapered shapes gradually lowered in height from the edge to the inside of the placing surface 13, and can move in the conveying direction of the film 31.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
