PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote making an accurate description of the content of recruitment information of a company and a shop/enterprise using the Internet and an information specialized journal.;SOLUTION: A web site is provided preliminarily in a server of the web site, to accumulate and disclose job offer information of the company and the shop/enterprise. The information of each company and shop/enterprise obtained by a browsing person of the web site using a personal computer, a cellular phone terminal and a PHS terminal is made to be written in a job offer information column of the company and the shop/enterprise. on occasion, other browsing person using a personal computer, a cellular phone terminal and a PHS terminal can browse thereby, in advance, reliability information of a job offer content of the company and the shop/enterprise desiring an application of a change of occupation/an employment, and can check in detail the change-of-occupation/employment company or the like, in advance, to easily narrow the company and the shop/enterprise desiring the change of occupation/the employment, when studied.
