PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ID base authentication key exchange system capable of certifying security.;SOLUTION: Authentication key exchange devices A and B which exchange authentication keys with each other are respectively given private keys DA=QAs and DB=QBs from a key issuing device in advance, and the authentication key exchange device A generates ZyA and XA=gyA by using a short term secrete key yA, and generates authentication key generation parameters σ1=e(DAZyA, QBXB), σ2=e(DA, QB), and σ3=XByA from XB received from B and generated QB=H1(IDB), and calculates a common key K=H(σ1, σ2, σ3, Cm).
