PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an error with atmospheric flow field simulation using high-resolution topographical material in the atmospheric flow field simulation obtained from low-resolution topographical material by reflecting influence by an altitude difference between the high-resolution topographical material and the low-resolution topographical material obtained from the high-resolution topographical material in the atmospheric flow field simulation utilizing the low-resolution topographical material so as to minimize an error occurring in the atmospheric flow field simulation. PSOLUTION: In this atmospheric flowage simulation method for reducing the simulation error of wind velocity by a topographical resolution difference, by introducing the topographical resolution difference into a topographical roughness and adding it to a ground condition, the wind velocity of the atmospheric flow field using the low-resolution topographical material is corrected.
