PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to generate a social graph without active operation while securing reliability between users.;SOLUTION: In the social graph generation device 1, when receiving evaluation request information from an evaluated user, a tag evaluation value determination part 11 selects a plurality of evaluation users to set an evaluation value related to attribute information of the evaluated user. When receiving tag evaluation information with the evaluation value set thereto from each selected evaluation user, the tag evaluation value determination part 11 decides whether each evaluation user is a harmless user or a malicious user by use of a trust DB 32, and, when the number of the harmless users is larger than the number of the malicious users, determines the evaluation value of the evaluation user. Next, a social graph generation part 13 executes cooperation filtering by use of the attribute information set by the evaluated user and the evaluation value, to extract a user having high relevance with the evaluated user and to generate the social graph.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
