PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance management device for elevator, capable of preparing an efficient work schedule, while following the restrictions, such as a work execution time limit, regarding the work newly generated.;SOLUTION: The work schedule management device for managing schedules of work to be executed respectively in a plurality of buildings includes a scheduled objective day determining unit 31 for acquiring information of the new work and information regarding the restriction of execution timing of the new work, and for determining a candidate day for the timing to execute the new work, based on the acquired information; a priority determining unit 33 for extracting a schedule of the work executed on the determined candidate day, among the existing schedules, and for determining a worker in charge for the new work, based on a distance between the objective building of the work in the extracted existing schedule and the objective building of the new work; and a schedule preparation unit 34 for updating the existing schedule, by adding the schedule of the new work.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
