PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a study material having various mixed functions of card games or learning materials to have a game element and a learning effect through a game, along the lines of Japanese playing cards Hanafuda or Western style playing cards as a card game, flash cards or the like for learning English as a study card material, or Japanese playing cards Karuta, Japanese playing cards of the one hundred famous poems, or the like as a function between the card game and the study card material.;SOLUTION: A competitive study card game for the examination of real-estate transaction has a simple game element affected by fortuity, wherein cards are picked from three kinds of decks of cards one by one sequentially, and a player gets a score based on the same numbers, marks, or symbols.
