PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a long seal of small width and its products which apply heat insulation, cushioning and noise insulation to small lots and many kinds.;SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of a long foam sheet of small width or the long foam seal, a foam block is sliced to a flat foam sheet having a prescribed thickness or lower. By a numerically-controlled working, based on CAD data or a working using a working die worked by a numerical control, the sliced flat foam sheet is cut to a spiral line, having a continuous connection of a circular arc formed with a line passing three points and having pitches at equal intervals. The part of the cut spiral sheet is pulled out from the flat foam sheet, to obtain the long sheet or the long seal 6 with fine width by formation into a long seal, having a thickness of the flat foam sheet as the width and the interval of the pitch as the thickness.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
