PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass chopped strand mat that is flexible, has excellent strength, prevents partial breaking and damages and suppresses occurrence of defect of appearance; and a method for producing the same.;SOLUTION: The method for producing a glass chopped strand mat 19 includes: spraying a binder P on a sheet-like deposit 11b of a glass chopped strand 11a, heating the deposit, cooling and solidifying the softened binder and mutually binding the glass chopped strands. The binder P has a particle size distribution having an effective particle diameter D50 (average particle diameter) of not less than 275 μm and not more than 325 μm, D10 of not less than 240 μm and D90 of not more than 390 μm in the grain size accumulation curve. The glass chopped strand mat 19 has a weight of 50 g/m2-200 g/m2. The roof liner is obtained by bonding the glass chopped strand mat to a foamed resin sheet.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
