The interest information is sent to a storage server 3 through the web server 1 and recorded in an anonymous member information file. When house basic information is registered in addition to the interest information, the purchase examiner can browse shared facility information corresponding to interests. The shared facility information includes information such as concrete examples of shared facilities and born amount per house.
