PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature-change accurately predicting system for molten steel on the outlet side of a tundish.;SOLUTION: At a time point when 5-40 wt.% of molten steel of a current charge is poured, a temperature-transition predicting data for molten steel on the outlet side of the tundish after the current charge is prepared, by using a temperature-transition model for a pouring molten steel to be poured into a tundish from a molten steel ladle and using a temperature-transition model for an outlet-side molten steel to be poured into a mold from the tundish. The temperature-transition model for a pouring molten steel is a temperature-transition model in which the temperature rises with a constant gradient from the temperature on starting pouring and thereafter falls with a constant gradient. The temperature-transition model for an outlet-side molten steel is a temperature-transition model in which a total enthalpy at Δt after the start of pouring of the molten steel in the current charge is calculated in consideration of mixture of the molten steel in the current charge and the molten steel in the previous charge that is left in the tundish during the continuous casting step of charging a molten steel into the tundish from the molten steel ladle a plurality of times.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
