PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making heat exchanger apparatus in soil which demonstrates a nonconventional action effect, and also to provide a water supply system and an air conditioning system, using the heat exchanger apparatus in soil. PSOLUTION: The heat exchanger apparatus in soil has a heat exchange part 1 arranged in soil 30. In the heat exchange part 1, a flexible heat exchange pipe 2 through which a heat exchange fluid flows is spirally wound around an inner peripheral surface part and an outer peripheral surface part of a pipe body 3 which is arranged in a hole part 30a of the soil 30 and has a shape-retaining property, and a pipe body 3 made of paper is adopted as the pipe body 3.
