PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and easily realize the current price evaluation of large amounts of invested real estates.;SOLUTION: A total profit check system 1 compares a standard rent level corresponding to the attribute of a case example real estate with an actual real rent calculated from the materials of the real estate to be researched, and checks whether or not the actual real rent is a proper value. A total cost assessment system 2 assesses the total costs of each real estate to be researched according to a gap ratio chart corresponding to the attributes of real estates. A total return yield assessment system 4 assesses total return yields according to basic data related with a yield and data inputted from a terminal 6.
