PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a Paneth cell group including a living Paneth cell at high component ratio from crypt obtained from the small intestine, efficiently perform screening of an object that promotes secretion of anti-microbial substance of Paneth cell using the Paneth cell group, and efficiently produce Paneth cell-derived secretion products using the Paneth cell group.;SOLUTION: There is disclosed a method for producing a Paneth cell group in which the component ratio of Paneth cell is 50% or more, wherein the method includes a process of preparing an intestinal epithelium cell group including Paneth cells using collagenase obtained from crypt obtained from the small intestine, and a process of obtaining a Paneth cell group from an intestinal epithelium cell group by using a cell sorter utilizing forward scatter (FSC) light and side scatter (SSC) light as a parameter without labelling Paneth cell using a fluorescent substance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
