CERTIFICATION RESEARCH AGENCY VERIFICATION SYSTEM AND CERTIFICATION RESEARCH AGENCY VERIFICATION PROGRAM

摘要

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a certification research agency verification system and a certification research agency verification program, allowing specification of an improper research agency by verifying whether or not a certification research result by a research agency is proper. PSOLUTION: Certification data including a care-need certification reference time that is a result of care-need certification research executed in the past are held in a certification data storage means 11 in a state where the certification data are grouped in each research agency having conducted research. An average care-need certification reference time is extracted about each research agency by use of the certification data held in the certification data storage means 11, an average value and standard deviation of the respective average care-need certification reference times are obtained by a standard measure arithmetic means 13, and standard measure related to the average care-need certification reference time by the research agencies is obtained from the average value, the standard deviation, and the average care-need certification reference time by the research agencies. A prominent research agency wherein the standard measure of the average care-need certification reference time obtained by the standard measure arithmetic means 13 deviates from a preset range is detected by a prominent value detection means 14.
