PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To narrow down scenarios to propose manufacturing plans with high precision in an expected value of a management index in a real time. PSOLUTION: A device proposes the manufacturing plan with the best management index for a scenario with the maximum probability, and calculates management indexes of two scenarios when an expected value of one factor is changed and a swing, which is a difference between the management indexes. The scenarios are narrowed down by putting together expected values of the factor so that the swing is within a certain range. From the scenario generated from the factor whose expected values have been narrowed down by the method, the manufacturing plan which is the most accurate in the expected value of the management index is proposed.
