PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a school expense planning support system, a school expense planning support method and a school expense planning support program for providing a user with school expense information collected for each school, and for proposing or supporting school expense planning in order to reserve the school expense.;SOLUTION: A control part 21 of a support processing server 20 predicts a school performance range by acquiring a school performance history. The control part 21 retrieves a candidate school according to the school performance range. Then, the control part 21 acquires the time series school expense of the candidate school from a registration event data storage part 26. Then, the control part 21 time-sequentially calculates a differential cumulative sum between the time series school expense and education expenses which can be paid by a user. When the differential cumulative sum becomes negative, the control part 21 calculates the payment period and payment amount of a loan taken in a loan period when shortage occurs by using a loan simulator 30.
