PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service changeover continuation method allowing changeover continuation of a partial service component to more proper service component during cooperation of service.;SOLUTION: A service cooperation system 100 has a network 1, a service cooperation device 2, an ontology DB device 4, a service component provision device 5, a service component information DB device 6, a service scenario DB device 7, a user context/policy DB device 8, and a user terminal device 9.
