PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis system for seismic resistance deterioration of a building capable of diagnosing deterioration and damage of a wall of the building accurately.;SOLUTION: This diagnosis system stores natural vibration of the building measured when constructing new building, measures natural vibration of the building after a predetermined period of time or after disaster occurs due to earthquake or the like, and diagnoses deterioration and damage of the wall based on a difference between the stored natural vibration and the measured natural vibration. To explain concretely, this system can diagnose that deterioration and damage occur if the natural vibration is weak and specify the deteriorated and damaged wall from among bearing walls and non-bearing walls based on measured values of the natural vibration in a plurality of sections and story stiffness ratio per one wall when the wall is deteriorated and damaged.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
