PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form for cantilever beam floor plate capable of facilitating its transport and construction, dispensing with timbering, shortening construction term, reducing cost of construction and its weight, and achieving high rigidity, earthquake resistance, and durability.;SOLUTION: This form 106 for cantilever beam floor plate is composed of a hard lower part form body covering an extension line 6 and an end edge part 7 of a rear surface part 5 opposing to a plane part 2 of a bridge girder 1 and a plurality of main support members 10 arranged in parallel in a space part 9 surrounded by the hard lower part form body. The main support member 10 has a wall part 11 formed substantially vertically and a fixed base part 12 bent substantially at right angle for the wall part 11 from a lower end edge part of the wall part 11. An engagement fixing means 14 being engageable with an engaging member 123 provided in the plane part 2 of the bridge girder 1 is arranged in at least a part of the fixed base part 12. Multiple opening parts 15 are formed in at least a part of the lower end edge part of the wall part 11 of the main support member 10, and a part of the wall part 11 and a part of the hard lower part mold body are mutually connected and fixed through suspension fittings 16.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
