PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refraction angle control unit for adjusting an incidence angle without requiring any mechanical operation of a probe, to provide a noncontact ultrasonic flaw detection device including the refraction angle control unit, to provide a method of controlling a refraction angle, and to provide a noncontact ultrasonic flaw detection method.;SOLUTION: The refraction angle control unit 10 is used for the noncontact ultrasonic flaw detection device including a transmission ultrasonic probe 20, and a reception ultrasonic probe 30 for receiving ultrasonic waves transmitted from the transmission ultrasonic probe 20 and propagated through a test piece S for transmission, thus controlling the composition of gas, namely, a noncontact medium M interposed between the transmission ultrasonic probe 20 and the test piece S.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
