PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for avoiding wrong entries to a telephone number of a switching source and a switching destination in instructing switching of a call destination.;SOLUTION: A switching system 10 disclosed herein for switching a destination of a call includes: a storage means 15 for storing a telephone number acting as the switching source and a telephone number acting as the switching destination in cross reference with each other in advance; a server 14 that searches one or two or more telephone numbers stored in the storage means 15 stored in cross reference with the telephone number acting as the switching source upon the receipt of the telephone number acting as the switching source from a terminal 31 at the outside of the switching system, returns one or two or more telephone numbers to be searched to the terminal 31 as telephone numbers of switching destination candidates, transmits the switching source number, the switching destination number, and the switching instruction upon the receipt of the telephone number selected as the switching destination from the terminal 31 and the switching instruction; and a dialing means 13 for transmitting a tone signal corresponding to the switching source number, the switching destination number and the switching instruction to a switching center 22 at the outside of the switching system upon the receipt of the switching source number, the switching destination number and the switching instruction from the server 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
