PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the usage of a disk by encouraging a user's morality to use the disk because there is no contribution to the reduction of the usage of the disk in a conventional system which imposes limits on capacity and notifies the excess of a threshold when the threshold is exceeded, resulting in an ex-post handling in disk capacity management in a database system or the like.;SOLUTION: A server outputs a warning to a user terminal whose usage exceeds the threshold, capacity deleted by the user in response to the warning and time for response are digitized as an cooperation index, and the threshold is varied on the basis of the cooperation index.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
