PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad carrying truck and a wheel mounting tool to a vehicle receiving member used for driving a rolling stock which cannot travel due to non-rotations of wheels to a repair factory.;SOLUTION: The railroad carrying truck is equipped with a wheel receiving member 10 adjustably provided with clearances K1, K2 between an outside beam 7 and an inside beam 8 of a truck frame 1. Wheels W1, W1; W2, W2 of a failed vehicle has different diameters ψ1, ψ2 in an electric train and a locomotive. In the wheel receiving member, front wheels 3, 3 are coupled each other by a coupling shaft 16, and rear wheels 4, 4 are coupled each other by a coupling shaft 17. The first front or/and rear set adjusts an installing position of an axle 11 to a second set according to a diameter. The railroad carrying truck is composed of a fulcrum interval holding plate 28 pivotally attached between arms 26, 27 inserted in arm insertions holes 25, 25 of the outside beam to open/close; an arm opening/closing driving mechanism portion 29 provided on an arm base end portion side; and a pair of wedge moving elements 38, 38 wherein a supporting roller 37 is fitted to a front inclining surface portion 35, and movable on rails 2, 2' by opening/closing of the arms.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
