PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly control weighing and discharge even when a set value of coke weighing and discharge for each batch is changed during an emergency coke discharge due to the change of a schedule, or the like. ;SOLUTION: In this weighing and discharge control method, raw materials are weighed and discharged by repeating the coke weighing and discharge schedule in a coke relay tank above a charging conveyor for transporting the raw materials to a furnace top in blast furnace facilities, the coke weighing schedule is urgently changed, and coke is additionally weighed and discharged. The past result of the coke set value in the coke relay tank for weighing and discharging the coke by repeating a regular coke weighing schedule is stored in a buffer, the weighing and discharge are controlled according to the past result of the coke set value in the coke relay tank stored in the buffer irrespective of the changed coke weighing schedule when the schedule returns to the regular coke weighing schedule.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
