PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum fin material having hydrophilicity imparted thereto, excellent in corrosion resistance and hydrophilicity, and free from a problem from the viewpoint of preserving the environment.;SOLUTION: This coating material for forming an inorganic film is made by blending an aqueous titanium-containing liquid (A) obtained by reacting an aqueous hydrogen peroxide with at least one titanium compound selected from hydrolyzable titanium compounds, lower condensates of hydrolyzable titanium compounds, titanium hydroxides and lower condensates of titanium hydroxides, and at least one halogenated compound (B) selected from halogenated titanium compounds, halogenated zirconium compounds, and halogenated silicon compounds.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
