PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grafting tool for grafting a scion to a stock, capable of reducing risk sticking into fingers, and simply and efficiently carrying out grafting operation by manual and bringing about good fixing of a jointed face between the scion and the stock, because it is not required to provide a deformed part on the scion which indicates a inserting length and readily carrying out a removal operation. SOLUTION: This grafting tool 10 is used for connecting the jointing face 4 of the stock to jointing face 3 of the scion and closely supporting the scion and the stock and has a needle-like part 11 passing through the scion 1 and pieced into the stock 2 or passing the stock and pierced into the scion and a bulged head part 12 formed into the base end of the needle-like part. The grafting tool can be used by piercing the needle-like part into any direction of the same direction (vertical direction) as axis of the scion and the stock or a direction (horizontal direction) perpendicular to the axis. A chemical can be permeated through the needle part into the scion and the stock by preparing the needle-like part from a hollow needle or a porous material.
