PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe filled with liquid medication with high sealability for preventing liquid leakage even if a gasket is disposed by using a vacuum plugging method, excellent in the slidability between the gasket and a syringe barrel, and capable of preventing adhesion of radiopharmaceuticals to the gasket. PSOLUTION: In the syringe filled with liquid medication in which the syringe barrel is previously filled with the radiopharmaceuticals, the gasket 11 disposed in contact with the inner surface of the syringe barrel has at least two annular projections 13a, 13b and 13c continuing to the outer surface in contact with the inner surface of the syringe barrel and projecting in the circumferential direction. A molded body including the contact surface 17 of the gasket in contact with the pharmaceuticals and at least one annular projection 13a formed on the contact surface 17 side is made of a fluororubber molded body 15 containing fluororubber.
