PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a language learning method, a language learning device, a program, and a storage medium enabling effective language learning.;SOLUTION: A word extraction control section 15 sets word extraction conditions based on a KANJI and KANJI information input from a KANJI extraction section 13, and makes a word extraction section 16 extract a word (group) out of a word dictionary storage section 14 so that all the readings of the KANJI included in the word extraction conditions may be covered. When the extracted word (group) covers all the readings of the KANJI included in the word information, the word extraction control section 15 makes the word extraction section 16 input the word (group) into a word list output section 17 to complete a word list.
