PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize history service while securing a user's anonymity. PSOLUTION: A service providing device 810 stores utilization record information 620 not specifying users who used service. A user terminal unit 100 receives the utilization record information 620 from the service providing device 810 and acquires the tendency of users' utilization of service. Based on this, the user terminal unit 100 determines anonymity of information which records service used by himself or herself, and generates anonymous history information 63 from highly anonymous information.
