PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high speed piston reciprocating stroke in a low noise cylinder intake-cylinder head exhaust structure capable of increasing an ejection amount while saving power.;SOLUTION: An inlet port at a cylinder side surface is opened and closed by the other cylinder which is a cylinder interlocked with a piston, a cylinder-head exhaust port is opened and closed by a tappet of a reciprocating piston.
