In the main body, an adjusting valve seat 6 is provided. A corrosion-proof valve 5 is provided on the surface of the adjusting valve and the dust-proof device 7 is provided on the side surface of the adjusting valve seat. A flange type attaching part 8 is formed along the outer periphery of the main body 1. To the end part of the front surface of the main body 1, a valve restoring rod 11 having a spring 9 and a spring contracting part 10 is attached.
