PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust recirculation type gas turbine combined cycle plant, in which generation of droplets near an inlet of a compressor is prevented while low nitrogen oxide (NOx) concentration and high efficiency are implemented.;SOLUTION: The gas turbine combined cycle plant comprises: the compressor 2 compressing air introduced from the outside air; a combustor 4 mixing and burning compressed air and fuel to generate combustion gas; a gas turbine 7 driven by the combustion gas; an exhaust heat recovery boiler 8 recovering heat from exhaust gas emitted from the gas turbine 7; steam turbines 16, 18 driven by vapor of the exhaust heat recovery boiler 8; an extracting means 23 extracting part of exhaust gas emitted from the exhaust heat recovery boiler 8 for using the gas as recirculated exhaust gas; a temperature rising means 26 heating the recirculated exhaust gas; and a mixing means 31 mixing the recirculated exhaust gas, whose temperature is increased by the temperature rising means 26, into air.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
